Our story
We are the fifth generation of guardians of tradition, of the kitchen, and of corn. At XOA´, we share our culinary heritage with you through experiences that honour our roots.
Each dish tells a story, each fire sparks memories, and every ear of corn planted and harvested by our hands reflects our identity. Here, corn, our sacred seed, is the heart of every experience. We welcome you to share in the love for our culture, in our kitchen, your home.
